Jayce is the founder and owner of JayMango Productions. He has been passionate for filmmaking since he was twelve years old. It all began in his seventh grade science class; given a project of researching a common disease. Writing a journal entry didn’t sound so much fun, so Mangum rounded up some friends and “The Jake and Jayce Show” was born. This was a three part series where Jacob and Jayce explore the common cold, the risks of smoking for their science class and the last of the series going back in time to the dark ages for their world history class. After seventh grade, Jayce didn’t do too much in the creative world, instead he tried vlogging and doing various technology videos. He decided to pursue his interest in film at Dixie State University, where he was apart of an amazing hands on experience since day one of his freshman year. He worked on a documentary for Dixie State’s DocUtah documentary film festival, called “The Devil and the Angle.” After that he worked for a small production company in Southern Utah, Desert Cinema, as an editor for various projects. Jayce, is currently in the process of creating content for YouTube, one day hoping to make it on the silver screen.
